As a seasoned real estate professional, Ajay brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every client.  

His unique real estate experience started over 10 years ago with a Leadership Program developed by industry leader and NYSE-listed SPG, which led to collectively operating teams that managed over 4.5 million square feet of Retail Real Estate and 400+ commercial leases (think working with Anthropologie or Ferragamo Corporate) through Regional and Outlet shopping centers across the country – including Woodfield Mall (Schaumburg), Forrest Mall (Wisconsin), Rolling Oaks (Texas), and Orlando International (Florida).  Afterward, Ajay served as a Director of Real Estate at NAP, a Merchant Real Estate Developer of Grocery-Anchored (Publix) and Mixed-Use Shopping Centers in Florida.  Ajay then worked for a family office in Indianapolis, operating nearly half the company’s nearly quarter-billion-dollar nationwide strip center portfolio east of Indiana.


Ajay Bohra is a third-generation Real Estate Professional.
